We process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. JUNALAB is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the return. Exchanges are subject to availability.
