Free Shipping
JUNALAB offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements, and no promotional codes are needed to qualify. Free shipping applies to standard ground delivery only and does not include expedited or overnight services. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations may incur additional shipping charges, which will be clearly communicated at checkout.
Order Processing and Handling Time
All orders placed through the JUNALAB website are processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. This handling time includes order verification, quality assurance, packaging, and preparation for shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, handling times may be extended by an additional 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include a tracking number.
Order Cut-Off Time
The daily cut-off time for order processing is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing on the same day (subject to handling time). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be considered as placed on the next business day. All times are based on the Eastern Time Zone, regardless of the customer’s location.
Transit Time
Standard transit time for JUNALAB shipments is 3 to 6 business days after the order has left our facility. Transit times are estimates provided by our carriers and are based on the shipping address you provide. JUNALAB is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other events outside our reasonable control. Tracking information will be provided via email once your package is in the carrier’s network.
Shipping Carriers and Methods
JUNALAB primarily uses trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS for domestic shipments. The specific carrier and service level are chosen based on your location and the package dimensions. All shipments are insured and require a signature at delivery for orders exceeding a certain value. If you require expedited shipping or a specific carrier, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. JUNALAB is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipped orders.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. JUNALAB is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will assist you in tracking your package and initiating any necessary investigations.
